Support Request

If you are experiencing any problems with JMyra, please try the following

- Check our FAQ

- Check our bugzilla to see whether this is a known problem

- If the first two steps did not help you, leave a bug report in bugzilla, or mail us at support@jmyra.com

When submitting a bug report we would appreciate if you'd give us the following information:
  • What exactly is the error? Please remember that we can neither read your mind, nor did we look over your shoulder to see what happened. If there was an error message, please include the message. If the program behaved not as you expected, tell us what you expected, and in what way JMyra did not fulfill these expectations. Make a screenshot if neccessary.
  • What did you do before the error happened?
  • Is the problem reproducable? If so, try to explain how to reproduce it.
  • Check the log files (if any) or the output to stdout for error messages and stack traces. Please included these messages
We will of course accept error reports that don't include all this, but the more information you give us, the faster we are able to fix the bug.


We also welcome any comments, request for enhancements and of course success stories!
