Important: If you already have an earlier Version of JMyra 2.0 installed:

If you have a JMyra 2.0 beta version please uninstall the beta before installing the final version! (If you choose to ignore this advise at least remove the jmyra/config/license.txt, otherwise your version will expire end of April!)
If you are running a final version of JMyra 2.0 you can install Version 2.0.4 on top of it.

1.) Select the version and format The tar and zip archives contain the same files, they only differ in the encoding of the ASCII files (documentation, example source files). The zip archives contain the files in Windows encoding, the tar archives use the Unix encoding.

For the purpose of this Agreement, the licensed computer software program(s) downloaded and/or installed and the supporting documentation for such will be referred to as the "Software." Scope of License Grant: There are four distinct Licensing options: 1) Evaluation License. Allows the Licensee to install the Software on one or more computers and use it free of charge for 60 days for evaluation purposes. 2) Developer Edition License. Allows the Licensee to install the Software on only ONE computer for the use of one developer. 3) Enterprise Edition License. Allows Licensee to install the Software only ONE computer for the use of any number of users on that computer. 4) Site License. Allows the Licensee to install the Software on any number of computers for the use of any number of users at one site of the Licensee. Site in the sense of this agreement means all computers of the Licensee that are located in the same city. Grant of License Subject to payment of applicable License fees, SDS grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, nontransferable License to use the Software in the manner described in this document. Copyright. The Software, and all written or printed material accompanying the software, is owned by SDS and protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Where SDS does not hold any copyright of the software or parts thereof, SDS nevertheless owns the rights permitting transfer to and use of the same by third parties. Therefore, you must treat this Software like any other copyrighted material. You may not make this Software or copies thereof available in any manner or form or use, copy or transfer the Software, in whole or in part, except as provided herein. Copies of Software. Licensee may make copies of the Software provided that any such copy: (a) is created as an essential step in the utilization of the Software Products on a computer in accordance with the License and this Agreement, or (b) is only for archival purposes to back-up the licensed use of the Software Products. Licensee may also make copies of the Software Products to the extent reasonably needed to exercise rights under the License or this Agreement. All SDS trademark and copyright notices must be faithfully reproduced and included on copies made by Licensee. Licensee may not make any other copies of the Software Products. Restrictions Licensee shall not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Software. For European Union Licensees, the following rights apply: EUROPEAN UNION: Licensee may only decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Software where any such act is necessary to create an independent program that is interoperable with the Software or with another program or to observe, study, or test the functioning of the Programs solely in order to understand the ideas and principles that underlie any element of the Software ("the Permitted Objective") and provided that: (a) this may only be done if the information necessary to achieve the Permitted Objective has not already been made available or has not been provided by SDS within a reasonable time of a written request to SDS to provide such information; (b) the compilation, disassembly, or reverse-engineering is confined to those parts of the Programs necessary to achieve the Permitted Objective; (c) the information gained is not used for anything other than the Permitted Objective and is not disclosed to any other person except as may be necessary to achieve the Permitted Objective; and (d) the information obtained is not used to create a program substantially similar in its expression to the Programs including, but not limited to, expressions of the Programs in other computer languages, or for any other act restricted by copyright in the Programs. Termination. This Agreement and the License granted hereunder will terminate automatically if Licensee fails to comply with the limitations described herein. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL LICENSOR OR IT'S SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE TO LICENSEE, OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, PROFIT, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT LICENSOR RECEIVED FROM LICENSEE FOR A LICENSE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM LICENSOR'S NEGLIGENCE TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY. Should any provision of these terms and conditions of use be or become invalid in whole or in part, the other provisions shall remain in force. Any invalid provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid provision which accomplishes, as far as legally possible, the economic effects intended by the invalid provision.

JMyra Enterprise Edition uses a patched version of the JFreeChart library. This library is Copyright 2000-2003 by Simba Management Ltd. and Contributors. It is distributed under the LGPL license. This license requires us to make available the source to the library that we distribute with our software. We don't include the source in our JMyra distribution, but make the complete patched JFreeChart distribution available for download from our server. You only need to download this if you want the source code. The runtime library is already included in the JMyra Enterprise download file.

Download jfreechart-jmyra.tar.gz from our server. This is based on Verion 0.9.5 of JFreeChart.
